Terms of Service

This Terms of Service Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into between LLC «Gedonist» (OGRN 1255400026287, INN 5404960196, KPP 540401001) (hereinafter "Yotti", "we", "us"), and the user of the Yotti service (hereinafter "User", "you").

Yotti is not a telecom carrier. We act as an aggregator and intermediary for eSIM plan sales. Connectivity services are provided exclusively by our carrier partners who hold the necessary licenses in their respective countries.

By registering or making a purchase, you fully and unconditionally accept this Agreement. If you disagree, please stop using the service immediately.

The service is intended exclusively for persons aged 18 and over. By registering, you confirm you meet the minimum age requirement.

• Use of the service by persons under 18 is prohibited
• Upon discovery of underage use, the account will be blocked
• The legal guardian is fully responsible for any transactions made by a minor

The service provides the User with the ability to:

• Browse and purchase eSIM plans from partner carriers in 190+ countries
• Receive a QR code or eSIM profile to install on a compatible device
• Manage purchased eSIMs through the personal dashboard
• Top up active eSIM balances (for rechargeable plans)
• Receive support within the technical capabilities of the service

A registration is required to make purchases. The User agrees to:

• Provide accurate personal information
• Not share account credentials with third parties
• Immediately notify us of any unauthorized account access
• Be responsible for all activity under their account

We may block an account without prior notice in case of breach of this Agreement, suspected fraud, or provision of false information. Notice will be sent to the registered email within 3 business days.

Prices are shown in the applicable currency inclusive of all taxes. Payment is charged at the time of checkout.

• We accept Visa and Mastercard
• All transactions are processed by PCI DSS-certified payment providers
• Prices may change prior to payment without notice
• Your eSIM is delivered within minutes of successful payment

Device compatibility is the User's responsibility.

• Before purchasing, verify that your device supports eSIM
• Your device must be carrier-unlocked to use an eSIM
• Some carrier-sold devices may be locked to a specific SIM format
• Refunds are not issued if the device is incompatible with eSIM

The service is provided "as is". Yotti does not guarantee:

• Continuous network availability of carrier partners in any given location
• A specific connection speed (depends on the carrier and location)
• Absence of technical failures on the carrier partner's side

Yotti's total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant plan. Yotti is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss.

All rights to the Yotti platform, including software, design, trademarks, logos, and content, belong to LLC «Gedonist» (OGRN 1255400026287, INN 5404960196, KPP 540401001) and are protected by applicable intellectual property law.

• Copying or distributing materials without written permission is prohibited
• Commercial use of Yotti trademarks without permission is prohibited

All disputes are resolved in accordance with applicable law.

• A pre-litigation claim is required before going to court — response time: 30 days
• Disputes are handled in the competent court of the User's jurisdiction
• Users may also contact consumer protection authorities in their country
