Conditions for refunds on eSIM plans

1. Important notice
An eSIM is a digital product. Under applicable consumer protection law, digital goods of satisfactory quality are generally non-returnable once delivered.
Yotti is not a telecom carrier. Refunds for connectivity services actually provided by our carrier partners are not available.
2. When a refund is available
We issue refunds in the following situations:
- eSIM not activated: QR code was never scanned and profile was not installed — full automatic refund via dashboard
- Technical failure: eSIM was not delivered due to a service error — full refund or replacement
- Double charge: payment provider error resulting in duplicate transaction — refund of the duplicate amount
- Order error: contact us within 24 hours of payment, before eSIM activation
3. How to request a refund
Self-service (fastest): if the eSIM has not been activated, a "Refund" button is available directly on the order page in your dashboard. The refund is initiated instantly — no support contact required.
Via support: if the button is unavailable or your situation is disputed:
- Email support@yotti.net or message us on Telegram @yottinet_bot
- Include your order number, account email, and reason for the request
- Submit within 30 days of the event that gives rise to the refund
We review requests within 5 business days. If approved, the refund is returned to the original payment method within 5–10 banking days.
4. When a refund is not available
- eSIM has been activated (QR code scanned or profile installed) — even if data was not used
- Device was incompatible with eSIM (the User is responsible for verifying compatibility)
- Device is carrier-locked to a specific SIM format
- Connection quality was below expectations (depends on carrier coverage, not Yotti)
- Plan expired after activation
- More than 30 days have passed since the refund event without contacting support
5. Top-up refunds
Top-ups for active eSIMs are non-refundable once credited to the eSIM balance. In the event of a technical failure during top-up (funds deducted but not credited), a full refund is available upon contacting support within 30 days.
6. Dispute resolution
Service operator: LLC «Gedonist» (OGRN 1255400026287, INN 5404960196, KPP 540401001).
If you are not satisfied with our decision, you may:
- Submit a formal complaint to LLC «Gedonist»'s registered address
- Contact your national consumer protection authority
- File a claim in the competent court of your jurisdiction
We respond to formal complaints within 30 days of receipt.
