We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data responsibly in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

• Account data: name (if provided), email address, password (encrypted)
• Payment data: Yotti does not store card details — processing is handled by a PCI DSS-certified provider
• Order data: purchase history, activated eSIMs, plan statuses
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, cookies — for security and analytics
• Device data: model, OS — only when needed to verify compatibility

• Contract fulfillment: eSIM activation and plan delivery after payment
• Support: answering questions and resolving technical issues
• Security: protection against fraud and unauthorized access
• Service improvement: usage analytics to optimize the platform
• Notifications: transactional emails (receipts, order confirmations)

We share data only in the following cases:

• Carrier partners: minimum data required for eSIM activation (no financial data)
• Payment providers: for transaction processing under PCI DSS
• Infrastructure providers: hosting and database services — with signed data processing agreements (DPAs)
• Legal requirements: in response to lawful requests from competent authorities
