How to install your eSIM on iPhone and Android

Quick Install — iOS 17.4+
iPhone 15 and newer, iPhone XS–14 updated to iOS 17.4
After purchase Yotti sends you an email with an 'Install eSIM' button. Tap it — your browser opens the installation dialog automatically. No QR code, no manual settings.

Install eSIM on iPhone — step by step
For iOS 17.3 and older, or if Quick Install is unavailable.
Connect to Wi-Fi
Before installation, make sure your device is connected to Wi-Fi or mobile data.
Open Settings
Go to Settings → Cellular → Add eSIM (or Add Data Plan).
Scan the QR code
Choose 'Use QR Code' and scan the code from your email or account dashboard.
Complete setup
Follow the on-screen instructions. Give the new plan a label (e.g. 'Yotti Turkey').
Enable data roaming
Settings → Cellular → select Yotti eSIM → enable Data Roaming.
Ready to use
The eSIM activates on arrival in your destination. Make sure Yotti is selected as your data plan.
Install eSIM on Android (Samsung, Xiaomi, Pixel)
Connect to Wi-Fi
Make sure you have Wi-Fi or mobile data to download the profile.
Open Network Settings
Settings → Network & internet → SIM cards → Add eSIM.
Scan the QR code
Choose 'Scan QR code' and scan the code from your email or account dashboard.
Confirm installation
Follow the on-screen prompts and allow the carrier profile to download.
Enable data roaming
In SIM settings, select the Yotti eSIM and enable data roaming.
Ready to use
The eSIM activates on arrival. Select Yotti as your primary data plan.
Samsung Galaxy S20+ / A54 / Z Fold
Settings → Connections → SIM Manager → Add mobile plan. On some models: Settings → Biometrics and security → SIM.
Xiaomi 12 Pro / 13 / 14 Ultra
Settings → SIM cards & mobile networks → Add eSIM. Global firmware required (not Chinese variant).
QR code won't scan?
Three options: 1) Open QR on another screen and scan. 2) Use Quick Install — the link in your email (iOS 17.4+). 3) Manual entry: Settings → eSIM → 'Enter manually' → enter SM-DP+ address and Activation Code from your account.
Troubleshooting
eSIM didn't appear after scanning
Restart your device and wait 2–3 minutes. The profile may still be downloading. Check your Wi-Fi connection.
No internet after activation
Check: is Yotti eSIM selected as your active data plan? Is data roaming enabled? Restart your device.
Roaming not working abroad
Settings → Cellular → Yotti eSIM → ensure 'Data Roaming' is on. On Android: Settings → Connections → SIM.
Accidentally deleted eSIM
Contact support @yottinet_bot immediately. We may be able to issue a new QR code (not always possible).
Keep in mind
- The QR code is single-use — do not scan again after successful installation.
- Do not delete the eSIM after installation — reinstallation may not be possible without support.
- Your plan countdown starts when you first connect in your destination, not when you install.
- If you have issues — contact support before deleting the eSIM.
